The Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) is a mutation from the Gala Schniga® Schnitzer(s), which was found by Franz Schnitzer, South-Tirol, Italy. The Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) flowers quite late. Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) apples can be picked around the end of August - beginning of September.

The Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) has it's roots in South-Tirol, Italy.
Moderate to strong.
Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) flowers mit-late. Good pollinator varieties are Braeburn, Elstar, Fuji, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and pollinator varieties like Evereste and Professor Sprenger.
Quite early and good.
Harvest time:
From mid August - beginning of September.
Fruit appearance:
The apples of the Gala Schniga® SchniCo(s) are average sized. Time of colouring is quite early. The colour is intense red and covers practically the entire apple.
The flesh of the apple colours yellow-white, is juicy and a little bit crunchy.
Till mid March.
